Powdered blend of XOS prebiotics and fiber to promote weight management? by supporting healthy microflora balance, glycemic response, satiety and regularityThe gut microflora is now recognized as an important factor in overall health, with potential roles ranging from cellular and immune health to metabolic function and weight management. Studies indicate that obese individuals possess lower levels of Bacteroidetes microorganisms and higher levels of Firmicutes bacteria in the GI tract compared to lean individuals. In one study, germ-free mice inoculated with bacteria from obese mice showed increased Firmicutes bacteria and an increase in body fat over two weeks despite no change in dietary intake, compared to mice inoculated with bacteria from lean mice. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study, 32 healthy adult subjects were given 1.4 grams or 2.8 grams of PreticX XOS for eight weeks. The Bifidobacterium count increased 21% from the baseline at four weeks and 17% from the baseline at eight weeks in the highest dose group. B. fragilis levels (a Bacteroidetes organism) were also found to increase. Similar results were found in another study involving healthy young women, which also showed PreticX supplementation resulted in an increase in fecal triglyceride and cholesterol concentrations. In contrast to many common prebiotics, these studies reported no gas, bloating or other intestinal side effects. Each serving of PureLean Fiber provides 0.7 grams PreticX XOS and a minimum of 6 grams fiber, typically providing 3.5 grams soluble fiber from glucomannan, guar gum, apple pectin and prune fiber, and 3 grams insoluble fiber from flax seed and cellulose. Soluble fiber helps slow the rate of digestion, promoting satiety, digestive health, nutrient absorption and healthy glycemic control. It enhances satiety by absorbing water and adding bulk in the digestive tract. Research has revealed that the high molecular weight and viscosity of glucomannan is particularly supportive. Each serving of PureLean Fiber contains 1 gram of glucomannan. Several randomized controlled trials indicate that glucomannan supports healthy weight management? and lipid metabolism, and supports healthy glycemic control.• Provides weight management support as part of a healthy lifestyle with a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise.• Supports healthy fiber intake for optimal digestive health• Promotes weight management• Made with hypoallergenic, vegen ingredients• Convenient powder formula for easy dispensingDietary ConsiderationsGluten FreeNon-GMOServing Size: 2 ScoopServings Per Container: 24Amount Per Serving % Daily ValueCalories 40Total Carbohydrate 8 g 3%Dietary Fiber 6 g 21%Sugar Alcohols 2 gProtein 1 g 2%Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 100 mg 24%Sodium (naturally occurring) 30 mg 1%PreticX xylooligosaacharides 700 mgProprietary fiber blend providing: 10 gCreaFibe cellulose Sunfiber partially hydrolyzed guar gumflax seed fiber1,000 mg glucomannanprune fruit powderapple pectinOther Ingredients:xylitol, luo han guo (Momordica grosvenorii ) extract (fruit)As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving, 1-3 times daily, mixed with a beverage. Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Fibers Products

Fiber plays a vital role in health and wellness, but the average person doesn't get enough fiber in their daily diet. Dietary fiber can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts and whole grains. If you do not get the necessary fibers in your diet, a fiber supplement may be just what the doctor ordered. Getting enough fiber is known to promote digestive health, but it is also good for other systems in your body. Vita Living offers a complete line of affordable fiber supplements to improve your overall health and well-being.

Studies have shown that fiber supplements can help lower your cholesterol levels, decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and regulate blood sugar levels in diabetic patients. Additionally, by ensuring that you receive the recommended daily allowance of fiber, you can decrease your risk of colon cancer, hemorrhoids and varicose veins. Fiber supplements may include prebiotic and probiotic ingredients to improve immunity and health by stimulating the growth of beneficial gastrointestinal bacteria. Fiber supplements also help detoxify the body, relieve the symptoms of diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal issues.

Fiber adds bulk and expands in the stomach and intestines, helping people to feel full for longer and also prevents food from being digested too quickly. This benefits the body by preventing spikes in blood sugar that are often seen in a low fiber diet. Fiber supplements increase the bulk of stool which works to keep the digestive system healthy and prevents constipation.

Many people think of thick, gritty feeling liquids are the only option when it comes to fiber supplements; however, there are many options when it comes to fibers. Fiber supplements in the form of pills can be taken, or you can choose powdered formulas that do not get thick when added to liquids. Vita Living offers a complete line of cheap fiber products to help improve gastrointestinal health. When choosing fiber supplements, consider choosing ones that include all natural ingredients to help improve and maintain your guts natural flora which helps alleviate the symptoms of Candida.
